We’ve won the Best Doing Differently Talent Development Award at the MAA Best Awards!

By Teamspirit on Sunday, 1 March 2015

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve won the Marketing Agencies Association’s Best Doing Differently Talent Development Award. This award is part of their Best Awards, in association with The Guardian, which celebrate innovation.

Teamspirit received this award for our powerful talent strategy, which questions the traditional methods of employee engagement and seeks to do something different, and something better. Our buddy schemes, “How to Hire Brilliant People” training and agency masterclasses were recognised by the MAA as being just a few of the examples of how we’re doing things differently for our employees (though we are doing much more than this!)

Jo Parker, our CEO, was thrilled by the announcement. “People are our biggest asset, so it is right that we invest the most in them, above everything else. I’m proud we’ve won this award in our 20th year, but we need to keep investing in the fantastic talent we have, and improving what we do. This is still a work in progress.”

Supporting Jo’s passion for investing in talent, our dedicated Talent Director Helen Wells remarked that “We’re called Teamspirit for a reason. It is our phenomenal people who make our business great, and this award is testament to the work our people do, the culture they create and the support they give each other.”

Which all goes to show that here at Teamspirit, we’re not just the Love Finance agency - we’re the Love People agency, too. We love being able to give our all to the talent in house and love looking to the future with improvements already in mind. And we’re truly proud to have been recognised as an agency that helps talent to grow and improve. It’s not just about breaking the mould - it’s about seeing what we can do once we’re outside it.

If you’re excited by the idea of joining Teamspirit, then you’re in luck, as we have a number of positions currently open. So please take a look at our careers page to see if we’re looking for someone like you. Even if there’s not a position right for you now, send us your CV anyway - you never know!
