All our fundraising efforts here at Teamspirit in 2017 have been working towards helping Cancer Research UK continue their great work in fighting the disease.

We have been doing this in conjunction with the Cascaid charity – an initiative bringing friends and colleagues together from across the asset management industry – who have a revised £2million target after already raising over £1.6million so far this year.

Whilst our peloton team scales 3 of London’s highest summits on two wheels this afternoon, our next fundraising event is already upon us. This Saturday evening (23rd September) Kirsty Maxey, Jo Bent and Montse Tojeiro are completing their second half marathon walk of the year – pounding the streets of London with 16,000 others as part of Cancer Research UK’s Shine Walk. Starting at 7.30pm in Southwark Park, and winding through the city and as far west as Royal Albert hall, they are determined to soak up the atmosphere, and hopefully finish before midnight!

As we approach the final quarter of the year there will be no let-up in our fundraising efforts – we are determined to build on the £7,388 already raised. Everyone at Teamspirit is fully committed to helping Cancer Research UK continue their great work in beating the disease.
