Inspiring school aged students about the world of work

At Teamspirit we love nothing more than sharing our enthusiasm for the power of communication. That’s why we recently ran a Careers Inspiration Day for a group of year 10 students from the Quintin Kynaston Community Academy.

Our aim was to help the students understand what an agency does by getting them to develop a communication campaign of their own. We were incredibly impressed with the student’s ingenuity, talent and creativity. It seems the students were impressed too. After one day with us 92% of the students would consider a career in communications.

The Careers Inspiration Day was run as part of our ongoing commitment to corporate responsibility and volunteering as a force for good. Our people have the most amazing skills and talents which could and are put to brilliant use in helping charities and local communities. We allow every colleague one paid “volunteering” day a year to allow them to share their skills and expertise for wider social benefit.
