We’re moving! A rare opportunity to reinvent the future of work at Teamspirit

On January 4th, we’re moving to Greencoat House in Victoria. It’s a good time for our lease to run out. This year, more than ever, people are rethinking their lives and the way they work, and this has given us a great opportunity to rethink what the future of work could look like. So, we’re wholly reinventing our working environment, investing in training, technology - and the property itself.

Primarily, of course, it’s got to work for the people using it. So, we asked our team to tell us what would best help them collaborate, focus… and liberate their creative juices. The result is a fantastic new destination and environment where we can continue doing great work for clients – and enjoy spending time with members of the team.

So, we have reimagined the role of the property for a blended, more flexible way of working. Our new environment also aligns with our Employee Value Proposition. After all, it’s this that separates us from other companies. Our EVP is an important set of values employees across the agency defined. And sets out our commitments to everyone who works here.

Obviously, our new office needs to be designed for a Covid world. So, we’ve combined the creation of our new spaces with technology that will allow us to brainstorm, create and share ideas more effectively than before. Whether you’re in Victoria or Kent.

Given our financial services specialism, the new office will include new spaces for us to shape plans with clients, hold events with bodies like the Financial Services Forum - and further develop everyone in our team.
