It’s nearly Christmas and here at Teamspirit Towers we’re getting into the merry swing of things.

To make sure everyone fully finds that festive feeling – we’ve whipped up our own jolly guide for you to join in the TeamSpirit of Xmas!

... we've found this simple recipe works wonders!

Take 225g of butter, add 350g plain flour and 100g caster sugar with a pinch of salt. Mix and knead as required. Next - line muffin tins with some of the pastry and spoon some mincemeat into each (you'll probably need around 280g for the batch). After this, create 'tops' for the pies with the remaining pastry and lightly brush a beaten egg onto the lids before baking. Leave in a 180C oven for around 20 minutes and finally dust with icing sugar before serving. Easy pie-sy.
