Cascaid charity reaches £1.5million for Cancer Research UK

All our fundraising efforts here at Teamspirit in 2017 have been working towards helping Cancer Research UK continue their great work in fighting the disease.
We have been doing this in conjunction with the Cascaid charity – an initiative bringing peers together from across the asset management industry – who had a £1million target at the start of the year to reach the top of ‘The Totaliser’.
By the summer they had already achieved this target, and then some – the current total raised is a whopping £1.5million!
An August update - sent to senior participants across the industry - contains some great examples of the fundraising efforts that have helped – including Aviva Investors challenging the Dolomites ascent, Sanlam’s 850 mile cycle challenge, and Teamspirit’s walk to work day.
We will provide further updates as we help Cascaid try and reach £2million by the end of the year.
