Yesterday saw the launch of our 4Es research

This work identified the key drivers and dynamics within the new landscape following a tumultuous year for financial services brands and the uncertainty of the Referendum.  Conducted with our sister agency Chime Insight & Engagement (CIE) we held a breakfast seminar here at Cowcross Street where we shared our insight into how consumers feel about these brands, what their expectations are in terms of brand behaviours and the criteria against which they are evaluating their choices.

Our findings were full of surprises.
