Get to know our grads

Teamspirit are on the lookout for two new members for our PR and Account Management teams.

It’s all part of our Graduate Scheme, which offers excellent on-the-job training and the opportunity to work on some amazing clients from day one.

Last time around, we were lucky enough to welcome Emily and Georgia to the Account Management and PR teams respectively. Read on to hear their thoughts on how their first six months have gone.

Emily – Account Management – Music graduate

As this year’s account management graduate I have been fortunate enough to get the best of both worlds: being trained by industry specialists as well as benefiting from the broad perspectives of the Chime group.

I’ve found the Grad Scheme to be a great way to build friendships across the group. My fellow grads and I have been working together on a charity project, as well organising social events together - which is great for anybody new to London.

As an integrated agency we work across all teams from creative, strategy, digital and PR which has been excellent exposure to the whole process.

I’ve been given the opportunity to work on a breadth of client projects from day one, and within the first few months I’d delivered my first campaign.

Georgia – PR – Mathematics graduate

When it came to deciding what to do once I left university it was an incredibly daunting decision. I was lucky enough to have undertaken some work experience with Teamspirit previously, and after meeting everyone here and seeing the incredible work they do, I knew it was a company I was determined to return to.

I’m extremely happy with my decision to join the Chime Graduate Scheme. Being on the programme has allowed me to experience the full breadth of the communications industry and I’m excited to develop within the agency and the larger Chime Specialist Group.

What makes Teamspirit stand out from other companies is the people. Everyone here is incredibly hard-working and dedicated – but they’re also the most welcoming group I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
