Brokerages start to see the silver lining in the cloud

As more and more global brands look to new technology to solve old data infrastructure problems, financial specialists are starting to follow suit.

James Grima, the owner and director of Westminster Finance & Business Solutions has been singing the praises of moving the brokerage’s CRM to a customisable cloud-based solution.

Grima says that a growing customer base with increasingly complex needs has made the more traditional offline databases and spreadsheets too cumbersome.

By shifting to a bespoke, cloud-based system, Grima and his team are able to work more efficiently and manage entire customer journeys in and out of the office while still keeping all their client data secure.
