Senior Account Executive

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our expanding team.

We are now looking for an Account Manager to join our team reporting into either an Account Director or Senior Account Manager.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Account Manager or Account Director, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day operation and delivery of a broad range of integrated communications projects. Using your skills, you will support your team in the administration of projects, collaborate with the agency’s various teams, manage production of campaigns and develop strong relationships with your clients.

  • Supporting your team to deliver outstanding creative work, ensuring efficient production processes are implemented, liaising with Teamspirit’s creative studio and client as appropriate and ensuring that work is delivered on time and within budget.

  • Ensuring all creative output (concepts, creative copy, design, artwork, digital and video) is seen by the Account Director/Account Manager or Client Services Director prior to delivery to client, and that the creative team have shown the work to the Creative Director or Executive Creative Director.

  • Working with the strategy team to deliver insights that help shape comms messaging as well as creating competitor analysis for clients and keeping up to date on competitor activities.

  • Implementing appropriate planning and control mechanisms – weekly status reports, cost estimates and timing plans to ensure that projects are managed effectively.

  • Developing excellent relationships with clients and making sure you’re always on hand to assist them.
