How do we make sure Teamspirit is an inclusive place to work?
We do a lot of work to make sure our office and culture are welcoming to all. This is reflected in our inclusive recruitment processes, put in place to help us grow a diverse team. It includes frequent training for everyone involved in hiring, as well as lots of internship and apprentice opportunities.
It’s also important to us that we foster a sense of belonging for all people, from all walks of life. That’s why our Social & Culture team runs an events programme that works for everyone, and our four global affinity networks (representing women & gender, disability, LGBTQ, and race & ethnicity) are open to all. Our Culture Club is also a safe space to talk about the issues that matter to our team.
In recent years, we’ve also introduced an inclusive and inspiring hybrid environment, and invested heavily in learning and development. Our focus on inclusion isn’t just inwards looking. We believe society is best served by a financial services industry that is fair for all and suitable to the needs of everyone. We work hard to ensure everything we do for clients is inclusive and diverse, from the planning process through to the amazing outputs of our creative studio.
